“Yes, ma’am,” both men answered in unison.

Gabriel had brought the babies in, and they were being passed around like leftovers. It was a good distraction for everyone, and the babies were so precious that both Aiden and Brandon released some of the boiling tension they held.

Brandon sat next to Giselle, gently rocking Keelie, while Aiden paced back and forth with Stormy. The babies proved to be a good way to calm both gentle giants. Winter was snuggled tight against her daddy. She began to fuss, and no matter what Gabe tried, he couldn’t calm the little one. Chloe walked over to retrieve her temperamental little princess when Aiden stopped her. “Here, take little Stormy. Let me get grumpy gills. She just needs Uncle Aiden.”

Chloe giggled and took the sleeping baby. Aiden carefully took the wailing infant from a relieved Gabe and lifted her to his shoulder. In the softest, sweetest tone, he began singing a lullaby and patting her back. Immediately she calmed and quickly fell fast asleep.

“Well, Uncle Aiden, from now on expect a knock at your door at random hours of the night and day. You work better than any of the swings or baby gear we have,” Gabe said, smirking.

A bright flash illuminated the front room. All eyes snapped to Giselle. Lightning bolts zapped around her as her body lifted off the couch. Chloe and Amy rushed to take the babies when their hair began to stand on end. “Don’t touch her! The electricity is too strong and can kill you!” Chloe yelled the warning as both men pounced in Giselle’s direction. As fast as the light show began, it ended. Soft moans slipped from Giselle’s dry lips. “We are here, baby, please wake up!” Brandon stroked her cheek with his thumb.

Aiden grabbed her hand and began lightly caressing small circles in her palm. “Giselle. Open your eyes for me.” He kept his tone firm and steady, masking his fear. She began to move ever so slightly, and her eyes popped open. Giselle spoke in a raspy whisper, “Yes, sir.” Her drowsy eyes held the tiniest of smiles.

“Oh, baby! We were so worried about you. Are you hurting anywhere? Do you want me to move you? Can I get you anything? Are you cold? Do you want something to eat?” He began to ramble in a worried train of questions.

“Brandon. I. Am. Fine. Calm down. First I need a kiss from you both, and then maybe some water. I feel like I have been out in the sun frying all day.”

“Well…you were in a way, only from the couch. It seems that you have a thing for lightning. I will go get you something to drink and something to eat. You need food.” Before she could respond, he was fleeing from the room.

“Is he okay? He never acts like that. He seems as helpless as a kitten lost in the woods.” Giselle moved to sit up.

“He is a lost kitten in the woods. Seeing you like you were, and not being able to do anything to help, brought that big, strong alpha to his knees. Hell, baby, you brought this big, strong alpha to its knees, too. That is the first time I have ever been scared. You are everything to us, and we love you with everything we have and are.” Emotions took over. “I thought we were going to lose you.” He stood and lifted her. He propped her in the corner of the couch on a mound of pillows. He took extra time to tuck the quilt around her body, fussing over her like an old hen. She stilled his hand with both of hers and brought it to her lips.

With a simple kiss to his palm, she whispered, “Aiden, love, I am okay. Stop. I am not going anywhere, and if I were I doubt that this quilt, however pretty it may be, would stop me. Come here.” He was sitting beside her instantly, his lips closing down onto hers.

Most of the people in the room had quietly left them, giving them some well-needed privacy. Chloe, Gabriel, Blake, Amy, Chase, and Brett all had stayed behind and were sitting quietly, awaiting the proper time to interfere. As if sensing their kiss, Brandon hurried back in carrying a tray filled with what appeared to be one of everything from the kitchen. He sat it on the table and waited for his opportunity to move in on her inviting lips. When Aiden finally broke their connection, his face was hard and stern. “If you ever do anything like that again, your ass will stay whelped for a year. You have earned yourself a bright, shiny, pink ass for scaring us so bad, Giselle Grey-Knight!”

“I had no control over it and you know it, Aiden. You can’t be mad for what your bite caused.” Her tone had turned hurt, and confusion reflected in the chocolate pools of her eyes.

“I didn’t ask for an excuse. Keep talking and you will find it hard to sit down for a week, especially when I fit that sweet ass of yours with a butt plug that increases in size every day of that week.” His eyes narrowed, revealing a shimmer of excitement that reassured her he was aroused and not actually pissed.

Her mouth tipped up in the tiniest of smiles before she proceeded to egg him on. “Well, it’s nice to see that I survived a brutal war between two beasts and I get promises of discipline in reward. Since you don’t seem to have a compassionate bone in that big, Neanderthal body of yours, the wolf was way weaker than the panther. I hope that you two never fight because Brandon would definitely kick your ass.” She stiffened into her best “try me I dare you” pose and looked at him head-on.

Brandon ripped out in laughter, gripping his sides and basking in the glory. The others joined in, and it wasn’t long until Giselle couldn’t hold her poker face any longer. She snorted into a fit of giggles.

Aiden almost couldn’t maintain his dominating state of mind. Seeing her laughing and full of life made his heart triple in size and the panic and fear drain from him. Her face had restored to its normal peaches-and-cream coloring. He had to shake his head to regain his composure. Leaning in to where only she could hear, he softly whispered, “It seems you like the punishment you have coming. Let’s see how much you giggle when I have you tied and helpless and bring you to the peak of orgasm and keep you there without letting you come until I decide you deserve it.” He backed up that statement with a lick on her earlobe that traced down her neck to her cleavage. Her breath hitched as her heart started pounding in her chest, making the blood rush in her ears. Thankfully Brandon interrupted with her smorgasbord of food and drinks. “Don’t think this is over, pet.” Aiden kissed her one last time before moving out of Brandon’s way.

“Thank you, Brandon. This is way too much food though. Will you guys help me eat it?” They both pulled chairs and alternated bites between her and themselves. The group moved in, all curious and relieved she had pulled through.

A couple hours later, the sun had peeked over the horizon, and everyone had left them. Giselle was snuggled back in between her two mates, enjoying their warm, protective shield. Brandon had begun dropping featherlight kisses along her neck while Aiden massaged her calves and thighs. Their movements didn’t heat up, but instead were sweet gestures meant to be just that, delicate displays of love. “Why don’t we take you to bed, sweetheart? It has been a very long night to say the least.” Aiden’s voice cracked from fatigue.

“Okay, boys, as it was said on Top Gun, ‘Maverick, you big stud, take me to bed or lose me forever.’” She used her best imitation for the movie quote.

“What about me? I dang sure ain’t Goose. I think you need some new movie quotes. In the meantime, let’s get this girl to bed.” Brandon smiled as he leaned down and brushed his lips against her brow. Aiden stood and reached down, scooping her up. She rested her head on his shoulder as he carried her back to the privacy of their room.

“I feel like I have slept two days and drank a pot of coffee. I think the whole transformation rejuvenated me or something. Do you two feel like watching a movie, or are you tired?”

Brandon stepped in front of her, slowly proceeding to strip her clothing one piece at a time. When she was naked and sitting on the edge of the bed with her knees slightly parted, Brandon pulled out a bag and dumped the contents on the comforter. “I got a little shopping done and picked up a few gifts for you.” His face glazed over with a sheet of lust. Her face reddened at the array of sex toys that was heaped in a pile beside
her.

“Sweet. Let’s see what all you picked up, bro.” Aiden rummaged through the items, laying them out to better see them. “Wrist and leg cuffs, a spreader bar, nipple clamps and chain, remote control vibrating egg, anal plugs, beads, whips, crops, and a blindfold. Good shopping trip. Okay, well, let’s see, what to start with first…”

Giselle eyed the items with her mouth hanging wide open. She started to stand and flee but was caught in the tight grips of Brandon. “No you don’t, little lady. It’s time to play.” He dropped in front of her and began devouring her pussy. His tongue thrashed against her clit, earning him a sexy string of moans. She began to relax as her body immediately responded and melted. Aiden moved onto the bed behind her and pressed against her back and began fondling her naked flesh with desperation. Her head fell back to rest on his shoulder as she became lost in the whirlpool of sensations.

“Let’s use the blindfold, arm and leg cuffs, and the beads for now. Tomorrow she can wear the nipple clamps and chain, butt plug, and that egg deep up in her cunt all day so we can see how much she can take. I want to make her come over and over everywhere we go. We need to take her shopping and out to dinner with our little accessories in place.” The idea of Aiden’s naughty plans created a gush of her sweet cream to escape her channel and onto the awaiting tongue of Brandon. He all but meowed.

Aiden pulled away slowly and restrained her arms and legs before spreading her out like a buffet, open and wide on the bed. “Now, we feast.” He moved in on her in a slow, stalking manner before covering her eyes with the blindfold and straddling her face, guiding his cock between her lips. He slowly moved in and out of her oral cavity, relishing in the sight of her helpless and vulnerable while they were free to do what they pleased with her body.

“Fuck! Now that is a sight. I love seeing her lips around your cock with her bound and spread for us. I can’t wait to fuck this sweet cunt. I am going to fill her ass with beads first, so when she comes, it will rocket her to the moon.”

“Shit! I gotta watch that, bro. Her mouth is so hot and soft against my pole. Mmm…that’s it, baby. Swallow me deep.”

Brandon carefully lubed up the string of beads and slowly worked them in her ass one at a time. After he had them all inserted, he slammed his thick wand into her seeping hole hard, sinking to his balls. “Hold on, baby. I am gonna ride you rough and fast.” A soft moan escaped around Aiden’s dick, before they both began fucking her with an urgency. They violently abused her holes, taking all of her control away. She squealed as the first orgasm slammed into her, making her buck and whip around on the bed. They held on tight to their bucking bronco, and Brandon quickly reached under his shaft and pulled the beads out one by one. Her orgasm twisted into something more. It took their brawn to stay buried in her and keep her from bouncing off of the bed. They pumped frantically into her hot caverns and came together, filling her with their hot, sticky spunk.

They carefully unfastened her restraints and massaged her arms and legs to bring the feeling back into them. She was almost asleep before they finished cleaning her up.

“Obviously her sudden rush of energy was short lived,” Aiden commented as he picked up the new purchases and added them to her naughty drawer.

“I guess we fucked the energy out of her.” Brandon smiled with a sense of accomplishment. They finally crawled in beside her and snuggled to each side, drifting into the velvet darkness of sleep.

  Chapter 12

The next two months flew by in a blur. They had taken Giselle out for her first shift and discovered that she had taken the panther form. Her cat was a magnificent chocolate leopard with darker-brown spots that were only visible in direct sunlight. Her dark-brown eyes changed into a golden honey color when she shifted. Brandon worked hard teaching her the ways of her animal and pushed her harder with every shift she made to improve her capabilities. Aiden always joined them and did his best to hide his disappointment that she didn’t take on his animal. He was always there to help her over a hurdle and to make Brandon lighten up when he got too engrossed in the lessons.

Plans for their wedding ceremony had been made, and the small, intimate gathering was to take place on the next full moon, which was three days away. They had begun construction on their new house that they would share together on the parcel of land that rested between the two tribal territories. Both the pack and the pride had accepted their arrangement with open arms, and Giselle was welcomed and befriended by many.

Most of the occupants of the mansion had left to spend the holidays with their family, leaving only Chloe and Gabe and the triplets, Blake and Amy, Brett, Chase, Lisa, Aiden, Giselle, and Brandon behind. They were all gathered in the kitchen, sitting down for supper, when Brett busted through the doors. He had lost the age-old game of “rock paper scissors” to Chase and had been on security detail. Blood was seeping through his T-shirt. He roared warning to the others with fear and anger lacing through his tone. “Hunters! There are a lot, all armed with silver and stakes. They came prepared.” Lisa ran to him in concern and began peeling his shirt off to examine the damage. Tears welled in her eyes as she pressed the wadded shirt to the gushing wound in attempt to stop the bleeding.

The men all jumped and were out the door in a flash, leaving Giselle tending to his wound while Amy, Lisa, and Chloe rushed the babies to a safe room deep in one of the downstairs levels. She removed the silver bullet that was wedged in his flesh, searing and burning the muscle and tissue. He immediately began the healing process and within minutes only a faint pink line remained.

“I gotta get back out there and help. I don’t know how that many got together, but ‘phone a friend’ now has a whole new meaning. They hunt because they think we are dangerous, but they are the ones that are evil and murderers.” He bolted back out the door, knocking over everything in his path like the destruction of a tornado.

Hunters were humans who knew of their existence but had not learned that they were not the creatures from their nightmares and movies. Ignorance had swallowed them in the pits of darkness and evil. Some were fueled by revenge from the loss of a loved one at the hands of a rogue vampire or animal, others just used it as a release to their hate-filled souls.

Giselle followed, stripping her clothes on her way out. She called to her panther, drawing it forward out of the shadows of her mind. Okay, kitty. It’s time we put all of the practice to the test. Let’s see how well we work together, shall we? As soon as she hit the door, she shifted.

Her body became long and sleek, making her mobility stealthy and her movements nimble. She raced through the open yard to the tree line with lithe leaps and sprightliness. Her brown, alert ears listened to the sounds that floated on the breeze and sent her in the direction of the others. Darkness had already enveloped the gray daylight winter produced. Wow. I can see crystal clear in the dark. Everything looks to be in high definition. This is better than the new smart television I wanted. A girl could get used to these enhanced senses. She focused on the natural flexing of her muscles and allowed her new form to jump into the tall trees, moving through them as fast as she could on the ground. The snow fell heavy from the night sky, but her thick, long coat blocked out the frigid temperatures.

She came upon a small meadow where the boys were busy fighting off a handful of hunters. They were heavily armed. Guns and crossbows made it difficult for them to get close without becoming a target. Blake and Gabe had an upper hand with their speed and powers as they took on a small army together on the far side of the clearing. Aiden, Brandon, Brett, and Chase were fighting their way out of the middle of a circle of hunters that relentlessly swung blades, fired shots, and attacked from every angle.

Another group oozed through the trees slowly, waiting for the opportunity to strike. Oh no you don’t. She leapt from tree to tree, remaining in the tops and unnoticed. Quietly, Giselle worked her way around behind them and crouched down, readying to pounce. Brandon took a deep cut to his side and faltered momentarily, creating a smal
l window for the villains surrounding him to move in. The group rushed from the woods in an ambush attempt. Blake and Gabriel moved to help, but the numbers were ridiculously uneven.

With all of them preoccupied with the battle that was taking place, Giselle pounced into the crowd. Her claws slashed and shredded everything they came into contact with. She sunk her teeth into the throat of a large, towering, brawny man and ripped it out in a single bite. She did a quick once-over of the situation and noted that they were making a decent indentation on the mob’s numbers.

The boys all seemed to be handling their attackers well. She spotted Aiden and Brandon, tag teaming against a group of five bearing silver-loaded shotguns. They were up close, keeping it difficult for the hunters to get a shot off. They both were still in human form to elude the guns and crossbows that were their only advantage more easily. Aiden threw deadly blows at one man’s head and knocked him off the ground and backward to land at Brandon’s feet. Without hesitation, Brandon finished him with a swift twist of the head to break his neck. The more they all killed, the more seemed to pour from the cover of the woods.

Brett and Chase fought against the forces hard, taking stabs from silver blades and arrows without notice. They fought like men, both showing only strength and dominance. Their boyish traits had disappeared. Using what appeared as flawless as rehearsed choreography, their movements complemented each other with every move. Brett kicked with Bruce Lee accuracy, knocking his opponent to the ground. He lunged on top of him and overpowered him with ease, removing all weapons from his possession. The hunter flipped to his knees in an attempt to stand. Brett cocked back to deliver a round of powerful blows but was caught off guard by a fast swipe to his shin with a knife that had been stashed in a boot. Blood squirted from the wound, soaking his pant leg. His eyes took on an illuminating glow right before he allowed anger to take over and his wolf to come forth. With precision and speed, his sharp teeth severed two of the attackers’ heads, killing them instantly and dropping them in a pool of their own blood.
